Stephen Lynch
Stephen Lynch is a proven leader in utility-scale solar and energy storage O&M, known for his ability to deliver results where it matters most: in the field. As Founder and Co-CEO of Belenus Power Group, he is focused on building the industry’s most trusted operations partner, backed by world-class talent and real-world execution.
Stephen began his renewables career as an Electrical Superintendent with First Solar EPC, building some of the largest solar projects in the world at the time, including Desert Sunlight and Silver State South. He later transitioned into operations as a Regional Manager, overseeing projects across Texas to California before joining NovaSource Power Services through the company’s merger. There, he served as Director of O&M, managing a 10 GW portfolio across North America.

Dean Dussias is an experienced leader in clean energy, technology, and operations, known for scaling businesses and building high-performing teams. As Founder and Co-CEO of Belenus Power Group, he brings a systems-driven approach to O&M — focused on customer alignment, long-term value creation, and durable infrastructure that delivers at scale.
Dean has held senior roles across industries where execution matters most. From Magnetar Capital to Rand McNally and NumeriX, he has led strategic transformations, scaled revenue-generating platforms, and built partnerships with major enterprise clients.
A proven builder, Dean has guided companies through critical phases of growth, capital raising, and transformation. At Belenus, he brings deep business insight and a disciplined, forward-looking mindset to creating a next-generation O&M company—defined by performance, transparency, and trust, with systems and culture built to scale.
